My First Mother's Day!

Mother's day is a day that I have dreamed about for many years....I can't even describe the feeling I have when I think about how I am now a mom, and will forever be one! It is definitely the most rewarding, fun, challenging, special, and imortant job I will ever have! We laugh, because my mother's day weekend wasn't exactly like we had hoped... we had been out of town all week, and upon returning home, Chase got sick...a few days later Brad got sick, and then twelve hours later I got sick! We all had the worst stomach virus I've ever had! We took turns taking care of Chase, who really wasn't bothered  by the fact that he didn't feel well, no stopping him! On the other hand, Brad and I were beyong exhuasted, and weak, so it was quite challenging. Sunday morning Chase woke us up, so I brought him into our room, where he then feel asleep in our bed, look how big he looks! Then we went out to have brunch with my mom and grandmother...we were still a little bit tired and weak, but all in all, my first mother's day was perfect!
