Easter 2012!

We spent Easter weekend with Brad's family in Paradise. It was a wonderful weekend filled with lots of fun and family!

Weekend in Paradise

Brad had work to do in Dallas/Ft. Worth on Friday, so we went up on Thursday and luckily we were able to catch one of Brad's cousin's baseball games.... here is Chase with Ma Ma, his great-grandmother.

First Hair Trim

We decided it was time for a hair trim, thanks to Chase's cowlick right in front! His hair was really long through the middle/top of his head, so Gramma gave it a little snip snip!

Brad had to hold Chase and let him watch iPhone videos in order for him to sit still.

M & M's

My best friend April bought our boys M & M shirts awhile back thinking they would make for cute pictures one day....well, our wildflowers are absolutely gorgeous right now, so we packed them up, and headed out for a good spot! Here is Chase with his best friends Ryland and Bryder. We know they will hate us for this one when they're older, but for now it's pretty cute!

Seven Months

It really makes me sad these days to think that my baby boy is already seven months old. When I come across an old picture, it makes me cry, and when I watch the little videos we have taken of him, I just can't believe it has gone by this fast! Sometimes I think I can't wait for him to be older, so we can do fun activities, and play on the playground...but then in the same thought, I think noooo waaay, please don't grow up! He is such a joy to be around, and he lights up my world with that handsome smile! I love him with all of my being, and am so proud of the little person he is!

At this point in time, he is just about as close to crawling as possible..he is moving/scooting around, sits up nice and straight, pulls up onto his knees on low things, laughs, smiles a lot, starting to form sounds (duhh duhh, daa....Brad's hoping for da-da, but I think it more just random sounds right now) ;-) He is doing much better with eating the first foods, and sleeps well through the night!
