A quick update before Thanksgiving

I've said it before..I'll say it again...I cannot believe Thankgiving is here! I knew time would fly once we had a little one in the house, but had no idea that my brain would literally skip three months! Things have been going really well, we did have a check up this week and Chase weighed 12lb 12oz. We are getting ready to travel for Thanksgiving, and then over the next two weeks, we will welcome two more cousins for Chase...Kyleigh and Bryleigh are due only a few days apart. We will be traveling between home, Paradise, and Tomball to visit everyone! I'm not sure when I will get time to update the blog over the next few weeks, but here are some random pictures from the past few weeks. Happy Thankgiving everyone!

Chase has begun to do pretty well at night, sometimes sleeping from 10pm-6-7am. I have decided to start letting him nap in his crib, to start making the slow transition to the big boy crib for good! This was what I found when I went in to check on him during his first nap in the crib! So sweet!

Making "Little Muffins" with Gran

It has been a tradition since I was a little girl to make the infamous "Little Muffins" for the holidays. It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving and Christmas are already here! Chase and I went over to Gran's house this week to make them, here are a few pictures!

Ranch Trip

It's Official!

It's official! The adoption process is completely over, and he is ours forever! Over the past couple of months since we arrived home with Chase, we have had to have 5 "post-placement" visits where a social worker comes to our house to see us interacting with the baby and to see how things are going....I guess we passed the test, haha!

This is an outfit his Gramma got for him and he wore it for our adoption finalization on Friday. He looked adorable in it...won't fit much longer!

I had Chase propped up on the boppy for a few minutes, and I walked back into the room to find him looking like such a little man....watching TV very intently!
