Sweet Baby Boy

Things haven't been real exciting the past few weeks, but everyday is a blessing!

Chase attempted Rice Cereal for the first time a few weeks ago....he didn't quite understand the swallowing part...so we'll try try again!

Love the cuddle time...I know pretty soon he will be crawling and he won't want to be held any more :-(

I was bored, and Chase was in a good mood, so we had a mini photo shoot at home.

Beautiful Blue Eyed Boy!

It's hard to believe that this precious baby is almost 5 months old! He is generally a great baby! Easy going ,loves interacting with people, always smiling, cooing, blowing bubbles, rolling over, drooling, very active, and I shouldn't say this as I might jinx it, but we have finally had ONE WEEK of sleeping through the night (and in his own room) from 9/10pm-6am! After 4 1/2 months of not sleeping through the night, this momma who wakes up at 5am for work was desperate for good sleep!

4 Months Old!

This sweet boy is growing so fast! He was 4 months old on December 28th, but we didn't have his 4mo appointment until today. He was as healthy as can be! We will attempt to start adding rice cereal to his diet tonight, and he will move to his big boy bed (his crib) this week!

He is tall and thin! Always smiling, talking up a storm, rolling over, and such a pleasure to have in our lives!

Happy New Year!

Although it was low key, we had fun on New Year's Eve! We went down to our friends house and had dinner and let the kids play, then we sat out and watched fireworks next to the fire pit. Chase was on the tractor long enough for the picture, and then the big boys drove it around and around and around...Chase can't wait to be a big boy!

The beginning of 2011 was rough, and we weren't sure what would come next, but then our precious blessing came into our lives! 2011 was a wonderful year, and 2012 will be so much fun watching Chase grow! It's really incredible how fast things in life change, and we couldn't be happier. We are so lucky to be Chase's parents, and look forward to many more New Year's Eve celebrations with him!.....even the ones when he's a teenager and we are waiting up all night for him to get home, haha! Happy New Year everyone!

Home from the Holidays!

As soon as we got home from Paradise, we dumped our stuff, grabbed the dogs and went out for a walk! This was the first time Chase was in his stroller without a carseat! He really seemed to enjoy it!

Christmas #3

The morning after Christmas, we packed up and headed out to Paradise to have Christmas with Brad's family. Again, we were all spoiled with lots of gifts, and really loved spending time with such a great family!

Our niece Brynlee, who is two years old has been saying that she wants baby Chase for Christmas...so she got him! Here is Brynlee, Chase, and Brynlee's new sister (1mo old) baby Bryleigh.

Christmas #2

We spent Christmas morning at my mom's house (GiGi) along with my sister, brother-in-law and niece. Chase has recently begun to really notice things and watch things, so opening his Christmas presents was a lot of fun. We showed him everything, and he loved it all! It is crazy to think that next Christmas he will be walking/running and opening his own presents!

GiGi went overboard with the gifts, and Chase loved every minute of it! :-) Chase and his cousin Kyleigh definitely did well this Christmas!

We spent the second half of Christmas day with my grandmother, and wondeful family from Seattle! Gran loves these two babies so much! And again...we were all spoiled by wonderful gifts!

Christmas #1

We had three wonderful Christmas celebrations with great family! We want to thank you all again for everything, and if Chase could speak, he would be telling you "Thank You" as well! Chase has so many great toys now, it will be so fun to watch him grow and learn to play with them!
